Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Requests
Customers may request to cancel an order before the order has been shipped from our warehouse by contacting the Store through the designated communication channels and providing the order number and any information required for verification.
An order cancellation will only be considered effective once the Store has confirmed the cancellation to the customer.
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, the Store may no longer be able to cancel the order. In such cases, the customer may be required to proceed in accordance with the Store’s Return Policy.
2. Cases Where an Order Cannot Be Cancelled
An order may not be eligible for cancellation in the following circumstances:
The order has already been shipped from our warehouse.
The Store has already begun preparing or manufacturing the product specifically for the order.
The product is made-to-order or customized according to the customer’s specifications.
The product is already in transit or undergoing shipping or delivery procedures.
Other circumstances where specific cancellation terms have been stated on the product page or during the checkout process.
The Store will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the current status of the order and the Store’s ability to process the cancellation.
3. Cancellation by the Store
The Store reserves the right to cancel an order where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
The product is out of stock or cannot be sourced.
The Store is unable to ship the product to the destination country or area specified by the customer.
There is an issue or error related to the payment.
The order information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
Shipment of the product is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws, customs requirements, or regulations of the destination country.
If the Store cancels an order after payment has been received, the Store will process a refund to the customer for the amount eligible for refund, using the applicable original payment method.
